Isla Escape Cottage - Akumal 
Akumal is a renowned dive destination. It is a nice place to enjoy calm waters and privileged moments of pure silence to reconcile your soul. Akumal; located 65 miles south of Cancun, 20 miles South of Playa del Carmen and 15 miles north of Tulum, with its tranquil seaside communities Akumal Bay, Half Moon Bay and Jade Beach attracts visitors for swim, snorkel, windsurf, kayak, go sport fishing, sea and cenote diving and play golf on the Riviera Maya 18 holes golf course or visit the numerous Maya culture heritages. Akumal has 9 restaurants with different settings and cuisine. Snorkelers will be delighted by the emerald colored waters and multicolored marine life at Yal-Ku Lagoon in north Akumal. Five minutes from Isla Escape there is the beautifully designed 27 holes golf course of the Riviera Maya Golf Club designed by Robert Trent Jones II.
