Isla Escape Cottage - Quintana Roo 
Quintana Roo is one of the three states in the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. It has a tropical climate, jungle, marsh, mangroves and coast, its offshore reefs form part of the second longest barrier system in the world next to the Great Barrier in Australia. Quintana Roo shares borders with Belize and Guatemala to the south and the states of Veracruz and Campeche to the west. Its shoreline is bathed by the Gulf of Mexico to the north and the Caribbean to the east. Quintana Roo is divided into eight zones, each with its own unique characteristics. Eight zones include Cancun, Holbox, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel, Riviera Maya, Costa Maya, Provincia Maya, Chetumal.
